It did the job of being spooky in my Halloween graveyard...I have to say it was probably my favorite "ground breaker". The stakes are pretty flimsy, but if you poke a hole first in hard ground, then put the stakes in, they work well enough. I may end up purchasing another one for next year. A word of caution though...it is "weather proof" as long as you don't touch it when it's wet from rain or dew. If you do try to dry it off, the white and black "highlight paint" will rub off. Rinse it off from being in the ground, just don't "wash" it.
Want to create the Halloween decorations of your dreams? We think Freddy Krueger window cling is the piece you’re looking for. This cling shows Freddie Krueger at his most menacing. He’s sure to cause jumps and shrieks from folks who walk by your home. Just try not to display this masterpiece in your bedroom. He just might work his way into your dreams.
Take your Halloween party to the next level with our Halloween decorations! We have lots of unique props and Halloween decorations to choose from to make your event extra memorable. Whether you want a pirate chest to keep your beverages chilled or a webcaster gun that will quickly add realistic spider webs to your decor, we have all the best decorations right here!

The head and arms are made from a heavy weight plastic, not out of foam. They are full human size with the face being 8" from chin to top of forehead. There is a concealed stake included to keep the head from blowing away and both "arms" are stakes. It will be a great add to any creepy Halloween graveyard. Just add a little mulch around it to give the appearance of crawling out of the ground. The color is darker than the picture and I like it!

Step 1: Purchase an indoor/outdoor needle-punch carpet. To turn it into a circle: Mark the rug's center point with a Prismacolor white-colored pencil. Measure and mark the distance from that point to a spot about half an inch from the rug's edge. Cut a piece of string to that length. Tie one end of the string to the pencil and secure the other end of the string to the rug's center point with a tack. Pull the string taut and draw a large circle onto the rug; remove the string. Cut out the circle, just inside the white pencil mark, with sharp scissors.

While decorating ideas can be difficult to come across, this spider webby idea can scare anyone. Window clings create a scary giant spider and web. Rat clings can be added to the bottom of the window or the screen door to show a better, scarier scene. The spider web can be created from a window cling or from the fake spider webs available around this time of year. DIY Halloween door decorations have a lot going on this one – the spider and its web can be created with window paint and a steady hand instead of store bought materials, or with tape.

You can decide whether or not to include in your haunted home, or to create your own stories for these horrifying creatures. October is a weird month. It’s a season of colorful skies and leaves. But it’s also a month with misty, cold mornings and dark, scraggly trees. It’s fun to mix and match the elements with Halloween décor. A glowing graveyard scene looks plenty cheerful in the light of day, making little kids hoot and holler in holiday excitement as they head home from school. But then night comes along and your little scene will remind the adults walking about of the fear and excitement they felt when they were children. While Christmas décor might inspire folks to go home and drink cocoa, your décor will make people want to curl up in front of their favorite horror movie under a cozy blanket. Sweet or spooky, it’s all about getting into the holiday spirit!
Create your own creepy graveyard scene with our Halloween tombstones and outdoor cemetery decorations, all-weather outdoor Halloween decorations that are good for indoor use as well. Create this arm-bone frame to display our clip-art sea-life print or another suitably spooky work of art. To make your own, download an illustration of urchins and coral. Take the file to a copy center to have it printed full-size (24 by 36 inches). You can choose a print of your own in a similar size instead. Using spray adhesive, adhere the print to foam board. Since you will not need the shoulder blades, unscrew them from the arms. Determine placement of arm bones: Place them on foam board, so their elbows are at the corners and hands reach along the sides. Anchor one arm at a time to foam board: Using a tapestry needle threaded with monofilament, and starting on the back side, sew through the foam board, loop monofilament over a bone, then push the needle back through; knot. Repeat a few times in the same spot. Then repeat this stitching in several other spots along the arm.

If crepe paper, duct tape, and paper plates have one thing in common, it’s that they can create wonderful Halloween front door decors. Pick up some crepe paper in any color that contrasts your door and hang strips from the top of the door. The paper plates become the eyes when black circles are drawn on. Duct tape them on the door. Then use the duct tape to create eye brows and a mouth. Style it however you want. Kids across the neighborhood will enjoy looking at your creepy monster, and it’ll be a hoot to create if your own kids help. Even if you don’t have kids, this monster gives the creator one great time while putting it up.
Get ready to scare up some screams! You'll love our scary yard decorations like zombies, witches, specialty skeletons, such as animals, pirates and even a mermaid, and so much more! We also have easy to hang, if you'll pardon the pun, decorations like the Hanging Scarecrow, the Severed Hanging Torso and the Giant Spider Web. If you're looking for the creepiest way to add a little ambiance to your haunted house, porch or Halloween party, look no further than our lighting and special effects department! From strobe lights, to metal luminaries and fog machines, we have exactly what you need to create a spooky scene.
Make the Wreath: Cut 150 6-inch-long strips of 2-inch-wide black grosgrain ribbon. Fold the strips in half and attach them to a 16-inch foam wreath form with straight pins, layering them on top of each other to create a ruffle effect. Cut out a silhouette of a witch from black kraft paper. Attach it to the center of a 16-inch round clear piece of acrylic with double-sided tape. Hot-glue the edges of the acrylic round to the back of the wreath form. Finish with a bow with long tails.
Not every Halloween has to be dark and dreary! Light up the night in style with our wide selection of Halloween lights! Make your house glow a haunted green or a spooky orange--or just add to the eerie atmosphere with whichever color you want! You can decorate your home with string lights, and light up the night for a frightfully fun Halloween party that everyone is sure to remember! Or, if you want to show off your own scary skills, then you could have a spot light to focus on any of your horrifying scenes.
Using wood and spray paint, make teeth for your house. The teeth are free handed to create a menacing look. There are edges on the sides to hold the teeth up so that there is no need to use nails. Permanent markers are used to mark out the teeth on the wood before cutting them out. Spray paint in white, red, and black is used to create bloody gums and tips of the teeth and decaying teeth. The eyes are created with card board and permanent marker (in two shades of whatever color). Red is added and voila! Hang them up and your house is ready to eat anyone alive. Halloween front door decors have never been so creepy, or so versatile – this makes a great addition to any haunted house.

Is there anything cooler than a fog machine? Okay, there might be cooler things. Anti-gravity chambers. Those mini hotdog machines that constantly rotate at a party. A padded cell with a trampoline for a floor. But a fog machine is definitely at the tippy top of the cool list. Whether you’re having a Halloween Dance or you’re scaring kiddos at a haunted house, your scene will always benefit from a little more atmosphere. Turn those regular Halloween decorations into scary Halloween decorations. Simply turn it on and watch the spook factor rise!

Download this bat stencil, then trace the shape onto a piece of black craft paper and cut out the bat with scissors. Then, place the stencil back atop each critter you create and use a bone folder to make creases along the dotted lines on the stencil. Fold the creases opposite ways on each wing to make the wings 3D. Attach each bat to a long piece of string with tiny black clothespins.

There are so many ways you can spin your Halloween house — with just a few accessories, odds and ends, and seasonal supplies, your Gothic mansion can take on virtually any flavor or theme.
To eerily embrace the Halloween season, one must also embrace its history. The Celtic folklore believed the souls of the dead come back to life and walk among the living on Halloween night.  To make these “souls” feel right at home, many get into the Halloween spirit by decorating their homes and yards with tombstones, skeletons, ghosts and grim reapers.

A large wooden plank is usually an obstacle. However, not this Halloween. A DIY Halloween door decoration this is not. This is a porch decoration. Spray paint and stencils is one way to create this spooky welcome sign. Or the letters can be purchased from a woodworking shop or other area and simply nailed on in the right order. These Halloween house decorations are quite a pop from the traditional ones found in stores, and can be painted in colors to reflect the personality of the family. Who wouldn’t want that?
Pumpkins with scary lit up faces are sure to bring a smile to everyone’s lips this Halloween. To make sure this front porch decoration is visible from the street, paint some of the lighted pumpkins white and the rest black or leave orange. Decorate an old planter or use a neutral colored one that doesn’t distract from your handiwork. Use a sturdy dowel that can carry the weight of five small to medium-sized pumpkins. Alternate pumpkin colors when placing. Hide that electrical cord as best you can so people see your decorating savvy rather than a thick orange or black trip hazard.
At Party City, there's something for every budget and taste: deluxe animated Halloween props that greet unsuspecting trick-or-treaters with flailing limbs and terrifying wails, kid-friendly ghost lights, LED jack-o-lanterns, and some completely off-the-wall Halloween decorations that may have you alternately laughing hysterically of jumping with fright.

Peeping Toms watch out! There’s an oversized evil eye staring right back atcha’! This green demon window cling will make it seem like your house is brimming with possession. People will be convinced that you have to deal with all the classic poltergeist problems on a regular basis. They probably think your dining room chairs pile up when no one is watching, and that your tv turns on by itself at three o’clock in the morning. Luckily for you, no one actually has to deal with these fears in order for folks to think your place is terrifying!

Beautiful butterflies seem to float off the pages of a dusty old tome, growing as they flit around this library. You can make these creatures in different sizes for your display. You can print the butterflies using our three templates: One for an orange butterfly, another for red specimens, and the last for smaller varieties overall. Print them on heavyweight paper. Trim butterflies roughly, then use some spray adhesive to adhere them to black paper. Carefully cut out each butterfly.
