A giant spider that dangles overhead requires very little legwork. To begin, use wire cutters to cut eight 26-inches pieces of wire, and then cover the length of one wire with a piece of double-sided tape. Unroll your streamers onto tape and cut them to the proper length; turn the wire over and repeat the process on the other side. Then, create a half-inch fringe on the sides of the streamers using fringe scissors—repeat the process on the other legs as well. Finally, open up a flutter ball and poke your top end of each leg into the ball, securing with tape. Suspend the ball from the ceiling using filament wire.

Sure, a jack-o'-lantern or two is nice—and certainly classic!—but haven't you already been there and done that? This year, it's time to step it up a notch in terms of both originality and spookiness. Whether you opt for something more traditional (think: a few painted pumpkins, pots of fresh fall flowers, and a fall wreath or two) or aim for something a little more advanced (a DIY array of festive lanterns could be nice, or a pair of eerie-looking "floating hats"), we can practically guarantee there's something on our list for you.

The level of detail in this zombie head is amazing. The paint job on it was terrible and minimal. However a touch of acrylic paint in the shadows and fully color in the details on the eyes/teeth and this thing looks incredible. Best zombie head I've come across. If you have any inclination towards an artistic touch up and you will end up with something impressive. (Pictures show before and after.)
Create this arm-bone frame to display our clip-art sea-life print or another suitably spooky work of art. To make your own, download an illustration of urchins and coral. Take the file to a copy center to have it printed full-size (24 by 36 inches). You can choose a print of your own in a similar size instead. Using spray adhesive, adhere the print to foam board. Since you will not need the shoulder blades, unscrew them from the arms. Determine placement of arm bones: Place them on foam board, so their elbows are at the corners and hands reach along the sides. Anchor one arm at a time to foam board: Using a tapestry needle threaded with monofilament, and starting on the back side, sew through the foam board, loop monofilament over a bone, then push the needle back through; knot. Repeat a few times in the same spot. Then repeat this stitching in several other spots along the arm.

Is there anything cooler than a fog machine? Okay, there might be cooler things. Anti-gravity chambers. Those mini hotdog machines that constantly rotate at a party. A padded cell with a trampoline for a floor. But a fog machine is definitely at the tippy top of the cool list. Whether you’re having a Halloween Dance or you’re scaring kiddos at a haunted house, your scene will always benefit from a little more atmosphere. Turn those regular Halloween decorations into scary Halloween decorations. Simply turn it on and watch the spook factor rise!

I am beyond disappointed with this thing! It is so cheap looking I'm actually embarrassed to give it to my aunt as a Christmas gift! Thanks a lot for being super misleading in the photos!!! The fabric on the sleeves are already unraveling and it's like they were in a hurry painting the eyes and teeth with white paint or a 3 year old did it or they put it in their machine half A$$sed. There's not even a black pupil on the eyes. The white is NOT even on the eyes or the teeth its like way off. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED! Luckily I have an artistic friend who will take care of it. And there's no instructions or anything on it, just a cheap looking hand and head in a plastic bag...... EMBARRASSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
