It did the job of being spooky in my Halloween graveyard...I have to say it was probably my favorite "ground breaker". The stakes are pretty flimsy, but if you poke a hole first in hard ground, then put the stakes in, they work well enough. I may end up purchasing another one for next year. A word of caution though...it is "weather proof" as long as you don't touch it when it's wet from rain or dew. If you do try to dry it off, the white and black "highlight paint" will rub off. Rinse it off from being in the ground, just don't "wash" it.
Want to create the Halloween decorations of your dreams? We think Freddy Krueger window cling is the piece you’re looking for. This cling shows Freddie Krueger at his most menacing. He’s sure to cause jumps and shrieks from folks who walk by your home. Just try not to display this masterpiece in your bedroom. He just might work his way into your dreams.
Take your Halloween party to the next level with our Halloween decorations! We have lots of unique props and Halloween decorations to choose from to make your event extra memorable. Whether you want a pirate chest to keep your beverages chilled or a webcaster gun that will quickly add realistic spider webs to your decor, we have all the best decorations right here!

The head and arms are made from a heavy weight plastic, not out of foam. They are full human size with the face being 8" from chin to top of forehead. There is a concealed stake included to keep the head from blowing away and both "arms" are stakes. It will be a great add to any creepy Halloween graveyard. Just add a little mulch around it to give the appearance of crawling out of the ground. The color is darker than the picture and I like it!

Step 1: Purchase an indoor/outdoor needle-punch carpet. To turn it into a circle: Mark the rug's center point with a Prismacolor white-colored pencil. Measure and mark the distance from that point to a spot about half an inch from the rug's edge. Cut a piece of string to that length. Tie one end of the string to the pencil and secure the other end of the string to the rug's center point with a tack. Pull the string taut and draw a large circle onto the rug; remove the string. Cut out the circle, just inside the white pencil mark, with sharp scissors.

Rat clings can be added to the bottom of the window or the screen door to show a better, scarier scene. The spider web can be created from a window cling or from the fake spider webs available around this time of year. DIY Halloween door decorations have a lot going on this one – the spider and its web can be created with window paint and a steady hand instead of store bought materials, or with tape.

October is a weird month. It’s a season of colorful skies and leaves. But it’s also a month with misty, cold mornings and dark, scraggly trees. It’s fun to mix and match the elements with Halloween décor. A glowing graveyard scene looks plenty cheerful in the light of day, making little kids hoot and holler in holiday excitement as they head home from school. But then night comes along and your little scene will remind the adults walking about of the fear and excitement they felt when they were children. While Christmas décor might inspire folks to go home and drink cocoa, your décor will make people want to curl up in front of their favorite horror movie under a cozy blanket. Sweet or spooky, it’s all about getting into the holiday spirit!
Create your own creepy graveyard scene with our Halloween tombstones and outdoor cemetery decorations, all-weather outdoor Halloween decorations that are good for indoor use as well. Here you'll find all the cemetery decorations you need: gothic fencing, dense foam tombstones "weathered" to look like the real things, light-up lawn skeletons, plastic chains with shackles, and "keep out" warning signs.

Make the Wreath: Cut 150 6-inch-long strips of 2-inch-wide black grosgrain ribbon. Fold the strips in half and attach them to a 16-inch foam wreath form with straight pins, layering them on top of each other to create a ruffle effect. Cut out a silhouette of a witch from black kraft paper. Attach it to the center of a 16-inch round clear piece of acrylic with double-sided tape. Hot-glue the edges of the acrylic round to the back of the wreath form. Finish with a bow with long tails.

While hanging a full door covering can be difficult, making a mummy on your door is completely worth it. Bandages or paper tape can be used to create an opaque white sheet on your door. Black construction paper can be cut into a mouth and pupils for the eyes. White construction paper is used to create the corneas of the eyes. However, make sure you leave the knob and whatever locks are on the door uncovered – otherwise it’ll be a scary situation. The best part about this fun Halloween front door decoration is that the bandages can be as thick or as thin as you want them to be.
The grimmer, the better! Nothing screams "Halloween" quite like scary creatures dangling from tree limbs and rafters, or animated Halloween decor poised to startle trick-or-treaters and party guests. Strategically placed, motion sensor animated props can quickly an ordinary haunted house or graveyard scene into something truly extraordinary, worthy of comments, admiration, and imitation.

When the sun goes down, set a spooky scene with these dramatic lanterns made from simple supplies and our exclusive clip-art designs. Start by choosing one of the following templates—this creepy cat, this spooked feline, or a crescent moon—and cutting out the lantern template on the second page. Trace the template four times, side by side, on 24-by-36-inch heavy black paper. Using a bone folder, crease the sides of the template where they meet, and then cut it out. Print four copies of your chosen illustration out on onto vellum paper using a laser printer. Cut these pieces just larger than the frame "windows," and then tape the vellum into the frame.

Make a big bang with a tumble of pumpkins studded like the starry bands of the Milky Way. Pick a few to be part of the inter- stellar arc, then hollow them out from below and punch holes in them using a drill and two different-size bits. Have fun with the placement of your planets and stars—random patterns have universal appeal. Arrange them with a few uncarved gourds, tuck battery-powered candles inside, and imagine a galaxy far, far away.

While decorating ideas can be difficult to come across, this spider webby idea can scare anyone. Window clings create a scary giant spider and web.
Welcome guests inside your home – if they dare – by creating this unique front door decoration for Halloween. Little trick-or-treaters will be amused and a little bit scared by your imagination and creativity, while most parents will find it downright funny. Stuff the striped socks with newspaper to create a little depth and added bulk. Use a worn-our pair of pointy-toe heels to finish. Any mat will do as long as it inscribed with a warm greeting (it’s not as funny without the warm greeting). This fun front door decoration never gets old as most people have seen The Wizard of Oz at least once.
Sometimes, there's safety in numbers. But this Halloween, there's fear—and fabulousness—in a flock. To summon a swarm of nocturnal nomads, use our downloadable template to cut out your own—stick on removable adhesive dots, bend the wings for extra eeriness, and let 'em loose. To spook-ify your nearby windows, mirrors, or your fridge, use vinyl clings instead of paper cutouts.
This is an easy Halloween door decoration idea if you’re a little busy this year or if you’re new to crafting. All you need is an old wood or plastic square or rectangular picture frame of any size, colored yarn and some tape to hold it all together. Choose from a wide variety of yarn colors – from white, black or yellow for a more traditional Halloween look to tie-dyed yarn for a more psychedelic vibe – whatever suits your mood. Weave your own spooky web and then hang it on your front door using some leftover yarn and a wreath hanger.

Drum up excitement for the season when you dress up your house and yard! You didn’t think Halloween costumes were just for people, did you? Your house deserves a seasonal look as well. The ideas are endless. Dress up your home with anything from spiderwebs to graveyards scenes or skeletal sceneries. We’ve had a lot of time to think about making our neighborhoods more eerie during the holiday season. Scroll on through and get some ideas of your own! Don’t be afraid to get weird and silly. After all, this time comes but once a year!
We covered the exterior of your house a while back. It’s time to recognize one of the most important interior doors in your house, the bathroom door. Sooner or later, all the guests at your Halloween party are going to need to use the john. Might as well make that trip both thematic and hilarious. We all have gotten freaked out by the bathrooms in horror movies. It’s time to lighten up that impression with this embarrassed skeleton who just wants some private time, gosh-darn it! Simply stick this door cover on and your Halloween visitors will be delighted when they need to answer the call of nature.
