It did the job of being spooky in my Halloween graveyard...I have to say it was probably my favorite "ground breaker". The stakes are pretty flimsy, but if you poke a hole first in hard ground, then put the stakes in, they work well enough. I may end up purchasing another one for next year. A word of caution though...it is "weather proof" as long as you don't touch it when it's wet from rain or dew. If you do try to dry it off, the white and black "highlight paint" will rub off. Rinse it off from being in the ground, just don't "wash" it.
Want to create the Halloween decorations of your dreams? We think Freddy Krueger window cling is the piece you’re looking for. This cling shows Freddie Krueger at his most menacing. He’s sure to cause jumps and shrieks from folks who walk by your home. Just try not to display this masterpiece in your bedroom. He just might work his way into your dreams.
Take your Halloween party to the next level with our Halloween decorations! We have lots of unique props and Halloween decorations to choose from to make your event extra memorable. Whether you want a pirate chest to keep your beverages chilled or a webcaster gun that will quickly add realistic spider webs to your decor, we have all the best decorations right here!

The head and arms are made from a heavy weight plastic, not out of foam. They are full human size with the face being 8" from chin to top of forehead. There is a concealed stake included to keep the head from blowing away and both "arms" are stakes. It will be a great add to any creepy Halloween graveyard. Just add a little mulch around it to give the appearance of crawling out of the ground. The color is darker than the picture and I like it!

Step 1: Purchase an indoor/outdoor needle-punch carpet. To turn it into a circle: Mark the rug's center point with a Prismacolor white-colored pencil. Measure and mark the distance from that point to a spot about half an inch from the rug's edge. Cut a piece of string to that length. Tie one end of the string to the pencil and secure the other end of the string to the rug's center point with a tack. Pull the string taut and draw a large circle onto the rug; remove the string. Cut out the circle, just inside the white pencil mark, with sharp scissors.

While decorating ideas can be difficult to come across, this spider webby idea can scare anyone. Window clings create a scary giant spider and web. Rat clings can be added to the bottom of the window or the screen door to show a better, scarier scene. The spider web can be created from a window cling or from the fake spider webs available around this time of year. DIY Halloween door decorations have a lot going on this one – the spider and its web can be created with window paint and a steady hand instead of store bought materials, or with tape.

Nothing will bring your haunted scenes to life quite like one of our Halloween animatronics. You can decide whether or not to include in your haunted home, or to create your own stories for these horrifying creatures. You won't have to worry about your guests finding your haunted home to be a bit lackluster (and you won't have to hire your family members to jump out and scare people every time!) when you set up these animatronics in any or every room.

October is a weird month. It’s a season of colorful skies and leaves. But it’s also a month with misty, cold mornings and dark, scraggly trees. It’s fun to mix and match the elements with Halloween décor. A glowing graveyard scene looks plenty cheerful in the light of day, making little kids hoot and holler in holiday excitement as they head home from school. But then night comes along and your little scene will remind the adults walking about of the fear and excitement they felt when they were children. While Christmas décor might inspire folks to go home and drink cocoa, your décor will make people want to curl up in front of their favorite horror movie under a cozy blanket. Sweet or spooky, it’s all about getting into the holiday spirit!

We covered the exterior of your house a while back. It’s time to recognize one of the most important interior doors in your house, the bathroom door. Sooner or later, all the guests at your Halloween party are going to need to use the john. Might as well make that trip both thematic and hilarious. We all have gotten freaked out by the bathrooms in horror movies. It’s time to lighten up that impression with this embarrassed skeleton who just wants some private time, gosh-darn it! Simply stick this door cover on and your Halloween visitors will be delighted when they need to answer the call of nature.
When the sun goes down, set a spooky scene with these dramatic lanterns made from simple supplies and our exclusive clip-art designs. Start by choosing one of the following templates—this creepy cat, this spooked feline, or a crescent moon—and cutting out the lantern template on the second page. Trace the template four times, side by side, on 24-by-36-inch heavy black paper. Using a bone folder, crease the sides of the template where they meet, and then cut it out. Print four copies of your chosen illustration out on onto vellum paper using a laser printer. Cut these pieces just larger than the frame "windows," and then tape the vellum into the frame.

What can't you do with these posable skeletons? We have wasted literal hours scrolling through scenes that people have set up both on their lawns and in their houses. All it takes is a little creativity and time and they can take on all sorts of personality. We've seen prim and proper skeletons taking tea together with sun hats propped on their heads and funny frat skeletons doing a keg stand. Since they're life size you can pair them with whatever accessories you have on hand! Just a warning, when you get one you'll probably want to a couple more skeletons.

Stuff the striped socks with newspaper to create a little depth and added bulk. Use a worn-our pair of pointy-toe heels to finish. Any mat will do as long as it inscribed with a warm greeting (it’s not as funny without the warm greeting). Create this arm-bone frame to display our clip-art sea-life print or another suitably spooky work of art. To make your own, download an illustration of urchins and coral. Take the file to a copy center to have it printed full-size (24 by 36 inches). You can choose a print of your own in a similar size instead. Using spray adhesive, adhere the print to foam board. Since you will not need the shoulder blades, unscrew them from the arms. Determine placement of arm bones: Place them on foam board, so their elbows are at the corners and hands reach along the sides. Anchor one arm at a time to foam board: Using a tapestry needle threaded with monofilament, and starting on the back side, sew through the foam board, loop monofilament over a bone, then push the needle back through; knot. Repeat a few times in the same spot. Then repeat this stitching in several other spots along the arm.
To eerily embrace the Halloween season, one must also embrace its history. The Celtic folklore believed the souls of the dead come back to life and walk among the living on Halloween night.  To make these “souls” feel right at home, many get into the Halloween spirit by decorating their homes and yards with tombstones, skeletons, ghosts and grim reapers.
Frankenstein saw inspiration in the most grotesque of scavenging—here, we took a note from his book and constructed a bare-bones table decoration. The table legs are legs indeed—store-bought faux bones. To make it, trim the thigh bones: Use saw to cut the legs to 1 inch less than the desired table height (to account for tabletop). Next, stabilize the knees: Take each leg apart at the knee; unscrew the hardware, and remove the kneecap. Connect shin bone to thighbone with one double-threaded screw (3/16-by-3 inches). Lastly, stabilize the ankles: Position one foot so it rests flat on the floor, and generously squeeze epoxy into the hinge that makes the ankle flex. Repeat with the remaining legs. Let it dry and cure overnight at least before moving onto the next step. Attach the legs to the table: Decide where you want the legs, and drill pilot holes through tabletop. Place each leg underneath the pilot hole, then screw to attach. Put putty over the screws, and let it dry. Sand until smooth. Paint the tabletop a skeletal white.
At Party City, there's something for every budget and taste: deluxe animated Halloween props that greet unsuspecting trick-or-treaters with flailing limbs and terrifying wails, kid-friendly ghost lights, LED jack-o-lanterns, and some completely off-the-wall Halloween decorations that may have you alternately laughing hysterically of jumping with fright.

This is quite involved for outdoor Halloween decorations. Black foam creates the background. After the background has been cut, cut foam boards into irregular board shapes. Since they don’t look like wood, a wood grain tool is used once the foam has been painted gray. It has to be done when the paint is wet. Then arrange them on the background as you like. For cartoony zombie arms, use store bought skeleton arms and paint them a bright, neon green. Painting the ends that will connect to the foam background black will help give the impression that they really are coming out of the shadows. Eyeballs are created using ping pong balls cut in half and neon green paint pens. To hang it up, add picture hanging wire on the top and a suction cup hook on the window.
To make this clever wreath, fold 2 sheets of black paper accordion-style (about 1.5" inch folds), and then fold each in half lengthwise so you have two segments. Cut the top of the fold diagonally so you'll have a pointed end when it's unfolded. Then, cut three rectangles out of the paper, about half an inch apart, on each part of the segment. Once you have folded and cut both sheets of paper, tie them together tightly at their center folds. Take each loose edge of folded paper and using a glue stick, attach it to the end next to it. You'll see the paper will start to open up like a web!
